Refund Policy

We want you to feel at peace with your order. This policy explains when and how refunds are handled.

1. Proof-based guarantee

Every order includes photo (and, where selected, video) confirmation of your prayer being placed. If we are unable to deliver your proof, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Before delivery

If you need to cancel before your prayer has been placed, contact us as soon as possible and we will refund your order in full.

3. After delivery

Because the service is performed and proof is provided, completed orders are generally non-refundable. However, if something is wrong with your order, contact us — we will make it right.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@holysend.com with your order/tracking number and the reason. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
