Refund Policy

We want you to feel at peace with your order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Before your prayer is placed

If you need to cancel before your prayer has been placed, contact us as soon as possible. Where the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.

2. After your prayer is placed

Holy Send is a service performed on your behalf. Once your prayer has been placed, the service is considered complete and orders are non-refundable.

3. If something goes wrong

If there is a genuine problem with your order, contact us and we will do our best to make it right on a case-by-case basis.

4. How to contact us

Email contact@holysend.com with your order number and details. We respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Any approved refund is returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
